The ACM SIGGRAPH Digital Arts Community will join with our partners in the Art Gallery, Art Papers, Retrospective, History, Awards, and Focused Communities groups at SIGGRAPH 2021. We will host a variety of sessions about what we do, including our online exhibitions and year-round SPARKS lightning talk discussions, and join with others in sharing information about critical and creative approaches to art at SIGGRAPH, join with others in sharing information about critical and creative approaches to art at SIGGRAPH, including featured sessions on digital exhibitions and histories of new media art, as well as approaches to feminist and techno-decolonial art. We will also preview our next online exhibition, “The Earth Our Home,” which will open for submission proposals later this fall.
New for this year will be the Art Party/Mixer in Gather.Town, as well as online SIGGRAPH Village “Booth” sessions, so there will be lots of ways to connect! Links to all the events will be in the conference schedule builder after you register.
