Natalia Fuchs is a PhD candidate at Ionian University (Greece) researching care ethics and AI in interactive performance, a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), and a Media Archaeology lecturer. She is the founder of the ARTYPICAL, producer of AI Art Laboratory series for MUTEK (Montreal, Tokyo), and a former advisor to ZKM (Karlsruhe) and the Barbican Centre (London). Her curatorial and artistic projects include Trust Territories (Goethe-Institut Sofia, 2026), NOTATION_AI (nominated for Kuryokhin International Contemporary Art Award), and behaviours (produced with Sonia Cillari, VIDA 13.0, Ars Electronica honorable mention). She is co-author of the AI Art Manifesto (2020) and a current member of the NIME Ethics Committee and IKT (International Association of Curators of Contemporary Art). Her practice-based PhD develops a “care‑centred” framework for ethical AI, therapeutic practice, and performance art.
