Curious about how to get involved in SIGGRAPH’s creative community? This session introduces the ACM SIGGRAPH Digital Arts Community (DAC), a group dedicated to connecting artists, technologists, and researchers working in digital and computational media arts. You’ll learn how DAC creates opportunities for creative exchange and collaboration across disciplines through programs that are open, inclusive, and designed to spark new ideas.
Come hear about DAC’s signature initiatives like SPARKS Lightning Talks, online exhibitions, and the student digital art competition, plus updates from international partners like ISEA and Expanded Animation. Whether you’re a student, first-time attendee, or longtime SIGGRAPH participant, this session is your chance to explore how you can engage, share your work, and join a global network of creative thinkers.
