Bridget DeFranco

Bridget DeFranco is an artist working in generative animation and ambient game systems. Her practice explores how space is constructed behind the screen with a particular focus on models of perspective simulated by 3D virtual environments. She is currently a PhD student in Critical Game Design at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She holds an MFA in Digital + Media from Rhode Island School of Design and a BS in Integrated Digital media from New York University. Her work has been exhibited in various spaces including Onassis ONX, Annka Kultys Gallery, Currents New Media Festival, Yale School of Art, and Boston Cyberarts.
