Zhou Fang graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Product Design from the Central Academy of Fine Arts and a master’s degree in Photography from the same institution.

Zhou Fang is currently teaching Digital Media Art at Gengdan Institute of Beijing University of Technology, and also serves as a curator at the Han Art Museum.
Zhou Fang’s personal works mainly focus on CG animation, combining interdisciplinary methods of photography and digital media to explore the conflict and integration of traditional Chinese culture and modern civilization. His works have been exhibited in many places such as the Annecy International Animated Film Festival, Xian Art Museum,Chengdu Contemporary Film Museum, and Seoul Independent Animation Festival. He has won awards in competitions such as the PingYao International Photography Exhibition、Asian Pioneer Photographer, Student World Impact Film Festival, 1839 Photography Award, and The Alpine Fellowship.
