Joyce Pei is an Art and Technology student at Pratt Institute whose practice spans interactive installation, speculative design, and emerging media. Her work investigates how technology shapes social values, cultural narratives, and the ways bodies and lives are imagined, measured, and commodified.

Working with real-time systems, physical computing, AI, and digital fabrication, she creates participatory experiences that translate complex social and ethical questions into visual, spatial, and interactive forms. Her projects often use speculative scenarios to make contemporary anxieties around control, consumption, and technological progress more tangible.
