Reverie

Description:

This work explores how the aesthetics and cultural meanings of Eastern culture can be reinterpreted through moving images and future public spaces. Part of the Lichtung series, it explores how images can move beyond predetermined meanings and open up new ways of sensing and imagining.

Reverie invites viewers to follow the dissolution and reconfiguration of images through evolving visual forms, entering a perceptual space shaped by observation, intuition, memory, forgetting, uncertainty, and time. In a more primordial state of perception, the interplay of light, time, and movement invites us to reconsider how we encounter the world around us.
