Wih Mar
Description:
Wih Mar depicts a digital wetland, Its name is derived from Weimar, Germany, and means “Holy Lake”. Elements in the scene—such as lichens, grasses, rocks—were all collected from Weimar and converted into point cloud models through photogrammetry, recreating the natural environment in a virtual space. The work poetically traces the ecological landscape that existed before the city’s founding, reconstructing environmental memories that have been gradually obscured by modern urban development.
