Alessandro Fadini is an Assistant Professor of Music (Piano Interarts) at Texas A&M University, where his work spans music technology, performance, and creative research. Before academia, he spent roughly fifteen years as a freelance jazz pianist in the New York City recording industry. He also founded and runs PixelPortalz LLC, an independent game development studio. His current projects explore emergent and improvisational systems across augmented reality, mixed reality, and interactive game environments, bridging live musicianship with real-time audiovisual media.
