Budi Prakosa (Iyok) is a self-taught programmer and instrument builder based in Yogyakarta. He is a co-founder of Lifepatch, a citizen initiative working at the intersection of art, science, and technology. Since 2009, he has been active as a VJ under the name “manticore,” combining interactive programming with graphic data visualization. With a background in industrial engineering, his interests span creative coding, sound processing, generative art, and open-source hardware.
