Lukasz Mirocha
Lukasz Mirocha is a HK-based new media and creative software theoretician/practitioner working with immersive and real-time 3D media. He is working as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Academy of Visual Arts, Hong Kong Baptist University, focusing on real-time media design techniques. He has published on new media, digital aesthetics and design and exhibited artworks internationally. His artistic practice explores new cinematographic forms and aesthetics emerging from real-time media and AI, it also strives to raise awareness regarding the climate crisis and biodiversity endangerment. He holds a PhD from the School of Creative Media, City University of Hong Kong (2021).
