Controlled Permeability
Description:
Controlled Permeability is a generative moving-image work built around photorealism without physical realism. Surfaces, objects, and volumes exchange properties across biological, mineral, synthetic, and designed matter while retaining coherent light and geometry. As the camera glides, orbits, and changes scale, the forms themselves transform: a pore becomes a chamber, a shell becomes a membrane, an object becomes an environment. These material, spatial, and scalar transitions alternate between energetic passages and sustained contemplation. Presented across architectural screens, the work extends this permeability into the city, where synthetic material events acquire the scale of inhabited space.
